Hurricane Ian ravaged the West and East Coasts of Florida. With massive storm surge and wave action, Sunglow Pier lost 225 feet of fishing pier, 40 feet of boardwalk, and our seawall. After optimistic reports from what remains of the pier we're in a hopeful rebuilding stage. It's going to be an uncertain and tedious effort navigating insurance, permitting, and contractors.
